DAILY TERMINAL GATE PRICE (TGP) ADVICE

             The following is the Terminal Gate Price for supply from the undermentioned terminals effective for:

  Wednesday, 19th June 2013.

The above wholesale prices are for supply ex the terminal and are subject to the following terms and conditions:-

• Quoted TGP prices include GST, Excise and CFGS rebates.
• Deliveries shall be in minimum delivery amounts of full tanker loads – minimum 34,000 litres.
• TGP sales volumes to Distributors/Retailers will be temperature corrected to 15°C.
• Sales delivered by NBL to end users and consumers will be invoiced at the ambient volume delivered.
• Orders for product shall be provided by the customer (2) working days prior to delivery date.
• Payment shall be provided for each order by direct bank credit of cleared funds (24hrs) prior to delivery.
• The customer shall collect or NBL can arrange delivery at a cost.
• All tankers and their drivers must comply with all statutory compliance requirements for petroleum delivery tankers including drivers and vehicles being oil industry AIP accredited.
• All fuels comply with the Australian Government Fuel Standards Act 2000 as amended or granted by the Commonwealth Government from time to time.
• Sales to Excise licensed blenders, importers and manufacturers are to be made under bond (a Continuing Permission is to be issued by the ATO) and prices will exclude Excise & CFGS rebate.
