Edward Dutton – Chairman

Mr Dutton has extensive knowledge and experience in the operation of continuous capital intensive plant and equipment spanning over thirty years. In 1978 he developed and then executed a strategy for the commercialisation of inventions he patented worldwide. Mr Dutton founded the Inboard Group in Southern Africa, a continuous manufacturing business which went on to employ over 4,000 staff in 21 factories located in three countries. Under his stewardship Inboard was listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Mr Dutton also founded Buildcor which was also listed on the JSE. He was a Member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa and held non executive directorships on the Boards of other substantial listed companies. Mr Dutton was awarded the “Businessman of the Year” in 1988 by the Financial Writers Guild in South Africa. He has a successful history in the venture capital markets, commencing in 1978. Mr Dutton has been involved in a wide variety of capital intensive manufacturing industries of a continuous nature, including those producing animal feeds.

Mr Dutton is the founder and Chairman of National Biofuels Group Pty Ltd.  He is also the Chairman of the Vida e Caffe Group in South Africa, and Pacific Neon Pty Ltd in Sydney dealing with venture capital projects. Mr Dutton has a diploma from the Institute of Bankers of Southern Rhodesia and from Wilson in Interpersonal Relationships & Learning Systems. He represented Rhodesia at Tennis and Rugby Union. Mr Dutton is married with four children.

Brendan Morse — B.Ec ACA — Finance Director

Mr Morse brings extensive experience in finance structuring, debt and equity raisings, public listings and multinational company administration to his position as Finance Director of National Biodiesel. He joined the National Biofuels Group after an extensive and successful career in the financial industry both domestically and abroad. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant while at Price Waterhouse in 1992, Mr. Morse moved to Deloitte, Sydney to advance their Corporate Recovery division. From there he pursued a successful stint with Deutsche Bank as Financial Controller for the Investment and Corporate Banking Division demonstrating proficiency in this area, with particular focus on profitability and risk management, Structured Finance transactions, forecasting and budgeting.

Mr. Morse then returned to Deloitte and completed three years in its Paris office managing equity raising, debt financing, international taxation and public listings of a number of major multinational accounts. Upon his return to Australia Mr Morse completed four years as the Finance Director/CFO in the property development industry, focussing on financing and settlement of new projects and refinancing of existing projects. As the CFO of Leighton Properties, the property development hand of Leighton Holdings with work in hand of $5 billion, he was responsible for the integrity of the systems and controls, company secretarial and reporting requirements. Mr Morse consolidated his experience gained in merchant banking and accountancy through numerous financial raisings and corporate structuring of new projects, in addition to optimising and maintaining existing external finance facilities for Leighton.


Bradley Wheaton — BScAg MCom CPAg — Commercial Director

Mr Wheaton is the Commercial Director of National Biodiesel Ltd in Australia. He has over 10 years experience in the commercial and public policy spheres of primary industries in Australia. He has been actively involved in the development of agriculture and biofuels policy in Australia over the past five years advising both the NSW Government and industry organisations. In August 2003 he was appointed to the editorial panel of the NSW Bio-Energy. Previously he had five years with one of Australia’s major agribusinesses, the Twynam Group, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in the agricultural commodity markets and biofuels feedstock supply chain. He has also held agricultural finance roles with CBRE in their London Head Office covering their European, African and Middle East operations. He recently (2007/8) played a major ‘hands on role’ in the successful development and implementation of the Soybean Growing and Procurement Strategy of the Group's South African subsidiary.

David Dossor - Non-Executive Director Soybean Meal/Soybean

Mr Dossor comes from an agricultural background in New Zealand, and following an early career with Bunge and a short stint with Kelloggs, he founded Hunter Grain located on the Eastern seaboard of Australia. As the majority owner and Chairman, Mr Dossor built the business into the largest Soybean Meal importer and distributor in Australia and New Zealand, commanding approx 60% and approx 85% of the respective markets. He did this over the past two decades and is highly respected in the industry both locally and internationally. Mr Dosser is regarded as the most eminent expert in SBM in Australasia. In November 2007 he sold the Australian business to Graincorp Limited. NB will benefit from his extensive knowledge, experience and overall guidance, and the Company is privileged to have his participation as a non executive Director on the Board. David Dossor brings international respectability and depth of knowledge in every aspect of sourcing, transporting, storing, sales, marketing and usability of SBM, plus his valuable experience to the Company and the Group in the overall Soy Complex. Mr Dossor is a Director of Rainbow Nation Renewable Fuels Limited in South Africa, and he sits as an Arbitrator for Australia’s National Agricultural Commodities Marketing Association Limited (NACMA), on disputes involving oilseeds and soft commodities, and is a highly respected member and participant in the Stockfeed and Milling industries in Australia and New Zealand.

MANAGEMENT

Ray Adams - Sales Manager

Mr Adams joined National Biodiesel in 2006 and has researched the Biodiesel industry both locally and internationally. He developed the sales and marketing documentation relied upon by NBG and National Biodiesel in the market place. Mr Adams has successfully managed trials with ASX listed multi-national mining companies, national transport haulers and civil construction companies, who are today amongst National Biodiesel’s valued clients. Prior to joining NB, Mr Adams gained several years valuable experience in national sales with large Australian manufacturers to the wholesale and retail industry.

Tina MacRae - Assistant Accountant

Ms. MacRae joins us with over 20 years of administration and accounting experience. She has a strong background in accounting procedures and systems and also has extensive experience in the preparation of key management reporting such as budget and cash flow preparation and analysis, variance reporting and inventory, debtors and creditor control reporting. Tina has a strong background in all aspects of tax compliance including GST, Excise, Payroll tax, FBT and the preparation of income tax returns. Her analytical skills have greatly assisted National Biodiesel’s growth to date.


Catherine Michael - Sales and Accounts Administration

Ms Michael brings to the company over twenty years of experience in administration management across a range of industry sectors including Finance and Accounting, Waste Management and Personnel Consulting. The value of Ms Michael’s knowledge and experience in accounts management, data basing, and product reporting has already manifested itself in the successful Bulk Soybiodiesel® launch this year, and is now evident as a core component of the team success. Ms. Michael has successfully managed the administration of the growing NB sales to date.
