Terms and Conditions – Soybiodiesel® and Soydiesel®

  1. Prices are for full tanker loads, of no less than 32,000 litres, collected from the applicable terminal in each city.
  2. Terms are payment in full prior to any pick up via telegraphic transfer (real time gross settlement).
  3. Competitive delivery rates may be available upon application to the Company.
  4. Vehicles and drivers entering the Company terminals must have completely achieved full Company accreditations.
  5. During times of shortage the Company reserves the right not to supply or impose rationing.
  6. The prices stated are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Company.
  7. The statement of a price does not constitute an offer of sale by the Company; rather it constitutes an invitation to treat.
  8. Prices exclude any Government fuel sale rebates, grants or schemes where applicable.

Terms and Conditions – Soybean Meal

  1. Prices are for full truck loads, of no less than 20,000 tonnes, collected from the factory site.
  2. Terms are payment in full prior to pick up via telegraphic transfer (real time gross settlement).
  3. Competitive delivery rates may be available upon application to the Company.
  4. Vehicles and drivers entering the Company terminals must have completely achieved full Company accreditations.
  5. During times of shortage the Company reserves the right not to supply or impose rationing.

  2. Terms are payment in full prior to any pick up via telegraphic transfer (real time gross settlement).

  4. Vehicles and drivers entering the Company terminals must have completely achieved full Company accreditations.
