The property manager will maintain a relationship with the repair contractors because they know that they will need their services anytime soon. If anything is functioning right then, it will be the responsibility of the clients to make sure that it’s fixed and at the quickest time possible. If they don’t, then the tenants will feel that all their needs are not being catered for and others may decide to move.
